Position: Learning Support Assistant
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Duration: Until the end of the academic year
About Us: Our school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support students in achieving their learning goals.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with additional learning needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and organization.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other members of the school community.
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude towards addressing student needs.
  • Experience working in an educational setting or with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.

Contract Positions
