As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with teachers to support students with diverse learning needs (SEN).
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance during lessons.
• Adapt teaching materials to accommodate individual learning styles.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members and parents/guardians.

• Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
• Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies for differentiation.

• A consistent period of 6 months experience. 
• Must be happy to have a DBS check completed. 
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
