Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Chingford, East London

Remedy Education are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with one of their SEN students in one of their Secondary schools. The school has good transport links to East and North London and a car park for people looking to drive to work.
These students need can range from mild-to-severe ASD, ADHD, EBD, SEMH and often show signs of Challenging Behaviour. Students would most likely be learning at a lower level than the national average, and some more so than others.
Despite this, it is important that the ideal candidate is academic as it is likely that you would be providing some academic support to other students hence a degree or a-levels would be preferable.
This role would suit somebody who has worked with Primary or Secondary students before with exposure to SEN needs, or worked in an SEN school or as a tutor.

The school are looking to interview ASAP so it would be good if you were available immediately for a full-time position. Pay will vary from £70 - £85 per day depending on experience.
You will need an Enhanced DBS from within the last 12 months to be considered for this.

If you believe that you are a good fit for the role, and that you have got relevant experience - please apply immediately with a cover letter.
