This Good graded primary school has a Learning Support Assistant role to work in a 1-2-1 role with a year 4 learner – speech & language. This young man is transferring from another school in the borough and has formally received specialist support.

After reviewing the needs of this learner, the school feels that they would like to meet a graduate of linguistics or speech & language.

Learning Support Assistant – the job

• Work in a 1-2-1 with an S&L learner in Year 4
• Support the class teachers and coordinate care with school SENCo
• Liaise with borough coordinators and report to parents to ensure the best support for all
• Full time role Monday to Friday – 8.15am to 3.30pm
• Earn £475 to 525 per week plus additional benefits.
• ASAP start – placement for the remainder of this academic year

Learning Support Assistant – the candidate

• High calibre graduates of S&L & Linguistics needed
• 1st & 2:1 degree with matching GCSE and A Levels
• Ability to commit to a full-time role for the remainder of this academic year at least.
