Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in New Addington starting in September. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their overall development.

Learning Mentor Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and group support to students, focusing on their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Implement interventions and strategies to support students' academic progress and promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop individualised support plans and monitor students' progress.
• Create and deliver workshops and activities to develop students' social and emotional skills, resilience, and self-esteem.

Learning Mentor Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development, social and emotional well-being, and behaviour management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Dedication to supporting the holistic development of students and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
