My client is looking for a Learning & Development Partner on a 6 month FTC basis. Working closely with the Chief People Officer this a great opportunity to come in and develop a roadmap for learning programmes alongside the training plan for the company.

This position is effectively responsible for running training needs analysis to understand the needs of the business from a learning and training perspective, identifying and recommending improvements to existing programmes while understanding what else needs to be included alongside. This is likely to cover a few key areas such as:
* Leadership development and coaching
* Upskilling management
* Producing a training plan
* Improving the graduate and apprenticeship programmes
* Understanding future skills
* Linking career development to career progression
* Developing an HR toolkit for Managers
* Management of any 3rd party vendors/suppliers

This role is likely to suit someone with proven experience of end to end learning and development in both a strategic and operational capacity, delivering a business wide L&D strategy and solutions. Key to this will be your ability to understand the needs of the business, engaging with senior stakeholders and gaining buy in.

Based in Wiltshire, this position is a 6 months FTC. Ideally you will be able to start immediately or within a month. Hybrid working is on offer.
