Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Location: Central Reading

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment business based in Central Reading, is seeking a dynamic individual with experience in Learning and Development within the recruitment industry to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to enhance the performance of the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the entire recruitment team.
  • Coordinate and organize training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive performance and results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

Experience Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, preferably with a background in billing recruitment.
  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including sales training, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Experience in learning and development, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • HR knowledge and experience are desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage a busy workload, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent teamwork skills.
