Learning and Development Manager
My client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager for this leading operational organisation.
Up to £60k + Car/ Allowance + Bonus
On-site 3 days per week, with a number of Midlands based sites.
As the Learning and Development Manager you will work closely with Senior Leaders across the organisation to conduct a full Learning Needs Analysis and from that, with your team, design and deliver soft skills programmes to support the organisational requirements. As the Learning and Development Manager you will work with Managers to understand skills gaps and where individuals can be developed, or where external hires are required.
As the L&D Manager you will have managed people, and led on the development and implementation of the L&D strategy from a soft skills perspective. Experience of LMS systems, and assisting with the design of them is essential. You will be used to working with a multi-sited, operational business.
