The Role: The Learning & Development Administrator will work alongside the team to provide administrative support, playing a key role in overseeing day to day tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Super user of the Learning Management System
  • Responding to enquiries and supporting the care homes
  • Managing event bookings and attendance for our leadership programmes
  • Upload content and resources to the Learning Management system.
  • Ensure the intranet is updated with accurate information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Accurate data entry skills
  • attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing data.
  • Experience of using HR systems
