Description
- Lead and facilitate Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the department
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Contribute to the development of Lean Manufacturing strategies
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Profile
A successful 'Lean Projects Engineer' should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities
- A keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities
