Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Leadership and Management Development Consultant based in Chelmsford. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

• Lead the design and implementation of leadership and management development solutions, to ensure they are future-focused, relevant, innovative, cost effective and aligned to functional business plans.
• Deliver agreed leadership and management development solutions. This may include executive coaching, facilitation, delivery of highly energised workshops, or consultancy advice to ODP and/or other teams.
• Supports the implementation of our Talent development strategy, ensuring the Talent needs identified across the organisation are properly addressed through our leadership & management development initiatives.
• Explore and develop collaborative approaches to strengthening leadership and management capabilities across the clients to support the delivery of their vision, developing key partnerships when appropriate.

The candidate:

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver at pace
• Significant technical expertise in Leadership and Management Development
• Practical experience in learning and business needs consulting, able to guide stakeholders through a shared and collaborative decision making process
• Coaching qualification desirable

The client can offer hybrid working, with one or two days in their office based in Chelmsford and the rest remotely.
