Are you experienced at carrying out reactive and planned maintenance to critical water systems within the building services sector? This could be a great opportunity to take your learnings to the next level! As the Technical Lead you will own the delivery and completion of critical PPM's and reactives. You will be the Authorised Person for Water Systems and work in collaboration with other Authorised and Responsible Persons to support the technical delivery of services within the contract.

  • Static site based in London
  • Salary - £42k to £45k (DOE)
  • Overtime and training and learning opportunities available

Duties

  1. Own the delivery and completion of critical PPM's, including remedial actions
  2. Complete localised risk assessments and develop control schemes for components out of specification
  3. Own the generation of site water management reports and present to local and contract wide Water Safety Groups
  4. Manage all water records on site in all relevant compliance systems e.g. log books; eLogbooks;
  5. Legionella water sampling on critical mechanical site systems
  6. Review and manage all Water RAMS for works carried out on-site and by contractors
  7. Water treatment
  8. Dipslide testing
  9. pH testing
  10. Water temperature testing
  11. Chlorination
  12. Chemical Dosing

Requirements

  • Building services maintenance experience
  • Experienced in carrying out routine and reactive water hygiene/treatment maintenance on a critical site
