Our client has built one of the world's first AI operating systems and is looking for someone to lead their engineering teams and drive best practices using Rust from a software engineering, scalability, and performance perspective.

Experience required:

• Strong engineering leadership experience
• Experience driving stability and performance for complex AI and software systems
• Strong Rust programming experience
• Experience leading, developing and coaching best software engineering practice principals using Rust or other modern programming languages
• CTE / Simulation experience (highly advantageous)
