The Opportunity

The Lead Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Salesforce team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Landmark’s group-wide Salesforce capability. The vision is to create a single authoritative view of customer activities across all of Landmark’s group businesses whilst also creating a seamless experience for the customer themselves.

The Salesforce platform along with supporting applications from AppExchange is also going to provide the foundation for back-office transformation programmes across the group. Standard functionality such as Sales, Service and Marketing cloud will be extended to support Pricing & Invoicing capabilities.

The role will involve:

  • Creating and managing changes to the system
  • Extending and maintaining system, security and integrity
  • Data quality, migration and maintenance
  • User assistance, training, adoption and satisfaction
  • Reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Line management of 3 Salesforce Administrators

About You

We are seeking an innovative individual with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with key/senior stakeholders to understand their needs and capitalise on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform.

You will also have:

  • Previous Salesforce administration experience
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (Advanced Administrator is highly desirable)
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully extended those capabilities using the AppExchange
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly around understanding complex requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Great people leader
