Change-IT are looking for a Lead QAT Delivery Owner to join a market leading consultancy delivering onto a large central government programme based in London.

This role will be for 6 months initially with a high chance of extension, and is INSIDE IR35. We have no sign off on rate as of yet so we are happy to welcome market feedback on daily rates.

Experience Required:

• SC Clearance is essential for this role, must be live and active.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion.
• Experience leading a QAT team ideally in a large central government organisation.
• Significant Experience in using GDS Standards and following the GOV.UK framework.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience of initiating CI/CD methods and deploying an 'automation by default’ approach.
• Experience leading the definition and implementation of a QAT strategy for a portfolio.
• Coordinating resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, financial management and service requirements to enable the successful delivery of QAT solutions.
• Experience on leading the delivery of QAT solutions for portfolios or multiple programmes.
