Overview:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading household name in the children’s care and education sector in the UK, who provide residential support and educational services to children of all ages. The range of backgrounds covered include profound and multiple learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex needs.

They are seeking a Lead Clinical or Counselling Psychologist(s) to head up the psychology provision for the two schools in the designated region and provide virtual clinical supervisions for other clinicians within the company. The role is available for either a full-time Psychologist to cover both nearby schools, or part-time Psychologists to cover one school each. You will be fully supported by the Clinical Director, as well as the Headteachers.

Location:
One school is located in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and the other in Newmarket, Suffolk (less than an hour apart); thus the role is commutable from Peterborough, Norwich, Bury St. Edmunds, Cambridge, Northampton, Kettering, Corby and other surrounding towns and villages.

Criteria:
- HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
- Learning Disabilities / CAMHS experience
- Clinical supervision experience
Shift Pattern:
As a Lead Clinical / Counselling Psychologist, you will work full-time or part-time, Mon - Fri.

Interview Process:
This will be a one-stage, competency-based interview, held virtually, and carried out with the Clinical Director and Head of School.

Salary and Benefits:
This Head of Therapy position pays up to £60,000 (Band 8b) (pro-rata), and includes an industry-leading benefit package as follows:
