Perm - Senior / Lead Project Manager - IT, Change and Digital projects

Salary £65k-£75k plus sizeable bonus. Hybrid working out of flagship offices central Birmingham.

It has to be one of the best perm PM roles in the Midlands right now!

In this IT and Digital Change Lead PM role you will be both leading end to end Projects and having 3-4 Project Managers report to you so prior experience directly managing a team, ideally a PM team will be one of the main shortlist criteria. You will be working with senior stakeholders in business and with large 3rd Party IT service and SaaS providers so experience and confidence in your ability to manage relationships and your wider team is a key skill.

Suitable candidates will have multiple years leading the delivery of technology roadmaps covering Digital, Applications/SaaS and Infrastructure. You be able to show that they can work in a fast paced, well supported environment. Opportunity can arise for the business that means re-prioritising or emphasising certain projects and leading change will be a great ability.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised Project Management certification such as Prince2, AgilePM and an understanding ITIL and of high quality requirements required for Project lifecycle.
