Lead Producer

Our client is a dynamic, creative Marketing and Events agency who support world leading organizations to create innovative, engagement communication projects. Their goal is to ensure they capture the imagination of the target audience with forward thinking creative impact! This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Producer who has live event exposure from an agency environment, to join a growing creative agency.

Tasks

  • Ensure deliverables reflect accurately the strategic intent as positioned to and agreed with the client across all projects.
  • Client presentations to provide credible rationale of agency expression.
  • Obtain effective briefs for new business opportunities.
  • Lead content creative discussions with clients, working with them at a strategic level to advise on engagement campaigns, agenda development and content creation.
  • Ensure the narrative, creative theme, look, feel and messaging throughout are upheld and amplified.
  • Design the experience across all production deliverables, as well as oversight of all projects.
  • Ensure the supporting production and technical teams deliver a seamless engagement/event on time.
  • Managing the full live production deliverables alongside technical production, if required.
  • Budget and timeline management for production and related content deliverables.
  • This role will involve a considerable amount of time working onsite, so you have to be prepared to incur some travel within the duties of the role.

Salary and package

  • £65,000 - £70,000
  • Hours - 9.00am- 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Flexible Working (Business needs will always prevail, however, we are seeking candidates to work in the office 3 days per week - full details during interview).
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and bonus Christmas holiday allocation
  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) You must have been employed by the company for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to join the discretional bonus scheme and to be eligible to receive any 'general company annual salary increases’ (effective January of each year).
