As a Senior Creative Producer, you'll be at the heart of creative endeavours, supporting teams across production, content, creative, and film. If you're passionate about driving excellence in creative production and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role purpose

As Lead Producer experiential, your mission is to orchestrate the seamless alignment between clients' strategic visions and the captivating experiences required to deliver.

You'll be the guardian of narrative coherence and creative brilliance, ensuring that every project reflects the agreed-upon strategic intent with precision and impact.

Your role extends beyond mere execution; you'll be the architect of immersive experiences, shaping environments that resonate with our audience's imagination while fostering engagement and communication. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical and production intricacies, you'll craft environments that bring creative ideas to life, captivating and inspiring our target audience at every touchpoint.

From conceptualization to execution, you'll lead the charge in creating relevant content and overseeing production deliverables, ensuring that every aspect of the project unfolds seamlessly and on time. Your role as a Live Show Producer will involve crafting comprehensive briefs and managing the entire live production process, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver unforgettable events.

Beyond the creative realm, you'll also nurture client relationships, providing strategic guidance and meticulous budget and timeline management to ensure the success of each project. In essence, you'll be the driving force behind the realization of our clients' visions, transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's brand, business strategy, and specific project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver persuasive client presentations, providing a credible rationale for the agency's expression.
  • Obtain and analyse effective briefs for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and contribute to the writing of pitch and presentation documents.
  • Lead strategic content creation discussions with clients, advising on engagement campaigns, agenda development, and content creation.
  • Drive creative development for all proposal and pitch content.
  • Collaborate with client account teams and cross-functional departments to ensure a clear understanding of narratives, positioning, and impacts on other areas of the business.
  • Design, develop, and execute engagement campaigns, event agenda planning, and session design, transforming ideas into tangible and actionable outcomes.
  • Shape the attendee experience across all project touchpoints in collaboration with other workstream leads.
  • Manage content creation projects, ensuring message delivery is precise, timely, and aligned with the brand.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to clients (internal and external) via status reports, timelines, and regular communication channels.
  • Act as the primary client contact for all content-related matters, with overall responsibility for presentations, client communications, and event rollout.
  • Oversee live show production, including the creation of all briefing and onsite documents, and management of live show teams.
  • Lead project debrief sessions specific to strategic narrative, theme, engagement campaign, and production deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends and emerging technology and experience solutions.
  • Exercise financial oversight of all engagement-related services, supplies, and costs on projects.
  • Be accountable for the project's financial success, ensuring both gross margin and time effectiveness are achieved.
