We have an exciting opportunity for an Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at our home in Worcester.

The Lead Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the overall delivery of Occupational Therapy services to all Residents and clients at Inspire Neurocare. You'll provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of residents’ physical and psychological needs and participate in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual treatment and rehabilitation plans liaising other relevant agencies as appropriate.

Could you be part of our team?

For this role, you'll have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a specialist neurological environment.
  • Possess an Occupational Therapy qualification and registration.
  • Have an understanding of the statutory duties of local government in social care.
  • Have an understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with neurological problems.
  • Be part of a wider network of Occupational Therapists within the company providing peer group supervision, sharing best practice and innovative ideas for service and professional development.
  • Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
  • Excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
