Lead Mendix Developer .

Role Overview: As a Lead Mendix Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of Mendix-based solutions. Leveraging your expertise in .NET C# and web development alongside Mendix low-code capabilities, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical designs.
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications using Mendix low-code platform.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure code quality through testing and validation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Keep abreast of Mendix platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with .NET C# and web development teams to integrate Mendix solutions with existing systems and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with expertise in .NET C# and web development.
• Hands-on experience with Mendix low-code platform, including building and deploying applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Certification in Mendix or relevant technologies is preferred.
