Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring products and content are posted and shared regularly in a consistent manor that promotes and encourages sales.

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions across our social media platforms.

Arrange and monitor Facebook and Instagram adds to promote OBSESSED BY STEPHANIE OGU latest collection and online store.

Collaborate closely with the founder to develop clear briefs, goals and budgets for ad campaigns, working collaboratively across teams to ensure that our direct marketing activity is aligned with key business goals and our marketing budget.

Design engaging and on trend content material that a line with our brand identity using tools such as Canva to develop regular templates that can be shared across our social media pages.

Consistently market our online store and brand to new and existing customers and visitors.  
 
Assist with forward planning and scheduling all social posting to be approved by senior management Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.

Contribute towards the maintenance and updating of our official online store.

Design and implement regular newsletters and comms to our subscribed customer base in line with the wider marketing strategy, ensuring that the tone of voice is followed through all communication channels.

Engaging warmly and professionally with the community on social platforms where required.

Manage and regularly update our website content (Shopify) in line with seasonal marketing calendar and new collection/product launches. This includes product uploads, product descriptions, blog posts, landing pages and more, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.

Constantly monitor website metrics to identify ways to improve the user journey, website rankings, keyword performance, and organic traffic.

Support influencer activity, oversee the coordination of VIP planning and seasonal gifting outreach.

Maintain, grow and update our media contact lists, fostering relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships.

 Assist in the coordination of press events, product launches, and influencer collaborations, including managing guest lists, RSVPs, refreshments and event logistics.

 Support the founder where required with organising content and campaign shoots, managing a budget and negotiating rates with all parties on behalf of OBSESSED BY STEPHANIE OGU.

Oversee the execution of content creation ensuring that sufficient content is being produced and all shoots are maximised to their full potential.

Coordination and creation of seasonal and campaign marketing folders/toolkits as required, adapting bespoke versions for external partners.

Brainstorming, pitching and implementing ideas for new and fresh content and marketing.

Lead on behind the scenes capturing of all campaigns, events and brand workings, including video and photo content for socials.

Editing content as required (photo and video), including adding logos and text to images and video to create compelling marketing assets.

Maintaining the brand tone of voice for copywriting across all channel captions.

 Conduct research and gather information to support the development of the brand's marketing strategies, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices across marketing and communications.

Build and maintain effective relationship within the fashion industry.

Attend fashion networking events if and when needed.

Support with all public relation activities for OBSESSED BY STEPHANIE OGU.

Support  and lead in the planning and organising  of seasonal  campaigns for new arrivals.
