Salary: £43,000

Shift: Mon - Fri Days!

Location:  Uttoxeter, East Staffordshire

I'm currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer position at an Industrial Manufacturer in Uttoxeter. I'm in search of a Lead Maintenance Engineer, with an Electrical background with an engineering qualification and leadership experience. In the role, the Lead Maintenance Engineer will lead the maintenance team to make sure they can deliver to the expected standards. Will also be supporting the Operations Manager by eliminating unplanned downtime and increase efficiency. If you are prepared for a dynamic role with diverse challenges, they would be delighted to welcome you on board.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias.
  • Leadership experience
  • Team Orientated
  • Mechanical and Electrical Skills
  • Have an engineering qualification.
  • Continuous improvements
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
