Hours – Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm

The Recruitment Group is proud to be working busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Lead Generator:
• Contacting potential customers, collating their bill and renewal details and then live
• transferring customers that fit into the right criteria across to our sales members to quote
• and close.
• Updating the CRM with bill, renewal and contact details for potential customers.
• Making 100 outbound calls per day
• Keeping up to date with all supplier requirements

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Lead Generator:
• At least 1 years’ experience in Lead Generation in the energy industry
• Track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent phone manner and rapport building skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• IT literate.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude who works well in a team.
