The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Recruitment are supporting a family run, privately owned B2B business, as they look to recruit a Business Lead Generator.  Our leading North-East based client specialises in providing a refurbishment service into their commercial and industrial customers.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business, with a long standing reputation for delivering a quality service to their clients.

Role Profile:
  • Identify potential prospects from lead database and open doors for the Managing Director
  • Chase old quotes and creating a call back diary for the future ensuring no opportunity is lost.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to establish further needs.
  • Effectively handle incoming marketing leads


Person Specification:
  • A confident, articulate character with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in a B2B construction-related environment would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 12 months in a lead generation/business development role.
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Resilient and motivated to win business.
  • IT literate with knowledge of using LinkedIn and databases.
