Nigel Wright Recruitment are supporting a family run, privately owned B2B business, as they look to recruit a Business Lead Generator. Our leading North-East based client specialises in providing a refurbishment service into their commercial and industrial customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business, with a long standing reputation for delivering a quality service to their clients.
Role Profile:
- Identify potential prospects from lead database and open doors for the Managing Director
- Chase old quotes and creating a call back diary for the future ensuring no opportunity is lost.
- Build relationships with existing customers to establish further needs.
- Effectively handle incoming marketing leads
Person Specification:
- A confident, articulate character with ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in a B2B construction-related environment would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 months in a lead generation/business development role.
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role.
- Resilient and motivated to win business.
- IT literate with knowledge of using LinkedIn and databases.
