Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, The company offers progression into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport checks
  • Informing customers of deliveries
  • Inputting customer purchase orders
  • Generating new tenders
  • Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
  • Reporting (collating management information)
  • Black Books (finding new companies)
  • Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)

The successful person will have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
  • Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome.
