Lead Generator Administrator - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Generator Administrator to join our client based in Aylesbury.

The client is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Generator. As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, promoting the company products, and expanding the client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the team, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Hours: 9am-5pm


Duties:

- Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lists or databases, introducing the clients' products and services, and identifying their safety needs.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company solutions to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, provide necessary information, and facilitate the conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
- Data Management: Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Aptitude: Previous experience in telemarketing or sales-related roles is preferred.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A full UK driving licence
