Position Overview: We are in search of an exceptional Lead Enterprise Architect to join our forward-thinking team. As the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, with a keen focus on Azure cloud services, an acute understanding of business strategy, and exemplary leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals and objectives.

• Azure Expertise: Leverage specialised knowledge in Azure cloud services to architect, design, and deploy scalable, secure, and strategically aligned technological solutions.

• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise architectural initiatives that not only enhance technological capabilities but also strategically drive business growth and efficiency.

• Industry Insight: Possess a deep understanding of the wealth asset management sector, utilising this insight to identify and capitalise on technological innovations that align with business objectives.

• Thought Leadership: Provide visionary guidance on emerging technologies and industry trends, steering the organisation towards strategic technological investments that contribute to long-term success.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning that aligns with our business and strategic objectives. Ideally experience of overseeing team size's over 10+

• Integration Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of technology solutions, fostering effective communication and understanding across the organisation.

• Strategic IT Execution: Play a key role in the development and execution of the overall IT strategy, ensuring a cohesive and well-integrated approach to technology solutions that directly contribute to business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a specialised focus on Azure cloud services.

• Strong understanding of wealth asset management industry practices and trends.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enterprise-level architectures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with overarching business and strategic objectives.

• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
