You will lead a team of talented developers, guiding them through the development lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems utilizing .NET, C#, Azure, and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical direction.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role, with expertise in .NET, C#, Azure, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
