We are a leading engineering company, with decades of experience in the automotive industry,  We are looking for an experienced Lead Design Engineer to join our already flourishing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating CAD designs for our products and technologies.

Responsibilities for the Lead Design Engineer:

- Designing and creating CAD models, drawings and bills of materials

- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

- Ensuring design accuracy and meeting all required standards

- Collaboration with other departments to ensure product meets quality standards

- Updating and maintaining design records

- Producing 3D CAD designs using Solidworks

Requirementsfor the Lead Design Engineer:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Significant experience of CAD design

- Proficient in Solidworks

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
