Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Opportunity + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Company Van + Pension (Post-Qualifying Period)

The Role:

As a Lead Data Cabling Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role within their team. This position is critical for maintaining and enhancing their clients' network infrastructure's quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, termination, and maintenance of system hardware and data cables, including Cat 5, Cat 6, Cat 6a, and low-loss coax cables.
• Ensure the highest standards of connectivity and performance through rigorous verification and testing.
• Work closely with project teams to plan cable placement and infrastructure needs, ensuring all industry standards and regulations are met.
• Manage project timelines effectively, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive documentation of all work performed, contributing to the team's knowledge base.

Who They're Looking For:

• Professionals with experience in data cabling, especially those skilled in pulling and terminating Cat 5, Cat 6, Cat 6a, and low-loss coax cables.
• Individuals with a clean driving license, willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight for projects across the UK and in Europe.
• Candidates holding CSCS or equivalent certification, with IPAF and PASMA certifications being desirable.
• Team players who are also capable of working independently, characterized by their strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
