Lead Community Engagement Practitioner

Morgan Hunt are proud to be working exclusively with Mind in Barnet and Enfield on their search for a Lead Community Engagement Practitioner for a permanent position.

The roles is part of an innovative service providing psycho-social support to clients, working within specialist Mental Health teams and partners.

You will carry an active caseload supporting access into services and focusing on recovery, independence and self-management.

As a Lead, you will oversee two other Community Engagement Practitioner so you should have some leadership experience.

You will build therapeutic relationships with a number of key clients, build rapport and address the stigma of mental health challenges with colleagues.

The role is based in Barnet and is Monday to Friday 9-5.
