Lead C# Software Developer
On behalf of our market-leading client based in Manchester, we are currently recruiting for a talented Lead Software Developer. As Lead Developer you will be responsible for all aspects of the development lifecycle, developing and extending systems, as well as new bespoke projects and the development and mentoring of other developers.
The Lead C# Software Developer will be responsible for:
- Lead and be accountable for the output of multiple delivery squads, following an Agile methodology
- Follow and implement best practice methods e.g., TDD and SOLID principles Communicate effectively with the Project Managers and development teams
- Mentor developers and conduct regular 1-2-1s?
- Review and enhance current development practices, investigate new methodologies
- Maintain all documentation required
- Schedule and manage workload effectively, communicating risks and issues to the Development Manager
- Release management, working with the Test Team and Project Managers to conduct software releases
The Lead C# Software Developer will have the following:
- Several years of experience of software development operating at a senior or lead developer level
- Cloud architectures preferably Azure
- Solution design
- Database/storage design using SQL/NoSQL
- DevOps
- C#
- Full stack development
- Modern JavaScript frameworks preferably Angular
- Web and REST APIs
- SQL preferably Azure/MS SQL
