My Client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented LDTI Actuary to join their Finance & Actuarial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Long Duration Targeted Improvements (LDTI) accounting standard, conducting actuarial analysis, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the LDTI accounting standard, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and risk management, to ensure compliance with LDTI requirements.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models and methodologies to support LDTI calculations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or equivalent required, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation preferred.
  • Experience with LDTI implementation and/or actuarial modeling software (e.g., AXIS, GGY AXIS) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
