Responsibilities:

• Dive into the dynamic world of drafting and negotiating bills of costs
• Attend detailed assessments and engage in effective negotiations for settlements
• Offer expert advice to clients on cost-related matters
• Prepare and file court documents with precision
• Efficiently manage and prioritise your workload for optimal results

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the CPR and showcase excellent negotiation skills
• Advocacy experience is beneficial but not essential
