Excellent opportunity for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join a well-established and rapidly expanding law firm.

You must have experience of working on Judicial Review and Actions Against The Police.

My client can offer the most high proflie and interesting cases in the country.

The types of cases that you'll be working on include:

  • False imprisonment, wrongful arrest, and unlawful arrest.
  • Police assault and battery.
  • Incidents of negligence or accidents within the prison system.
  • Breaches of human rights.
  • Trespass claims.
  • Malicious prosecution.
  • Unlawful stop and search or strip search.
  • Taser gun or dog bite injuries.
  • Discrimination claims.
