Job Title: Labourer for Groundworks

Position Overview: They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the groundworks and concrete projects, contributing to the success of their team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various aspects of groundworks and concrete projects, including excavation, levelling, pouring, and finishing.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and to specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring that materials and equipment are stored properly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably in construction or related field.
  • Valid driving licence is required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
