The ideal QC Lab Analyst / laboratory analyst candidate will have the following skills and experiences;

• Scientific qualification -eg A level, Bsc, Degree in scientific subject
• Experience of quality control, quality testing, quality lab testing
• Good laboratory experience, worked in a busy lab environment
• Good understanding of analysing results through statistical methods '
• Passion for quality testing, continuous improvement
• Experience and or good ability of sensory testing and or food sciences
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, team player and a can do flexible attitude

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven laboratory analystprofessional with good laboratory experience, A level or above scientific qualification and a passion for quality control, quality testing to meet company objectives. Laboratory professionals with good sensory capability and interest in sensory QC lab work, food sciences will be of real interest.

In this QC Lab Analyst role you will be carrying out routine testing of samples submitted to the quality control department.

Key responsibilities of this laboratory analyst include;

• Carrying out production analysis,
• Quality control of raw materials samples and tasting and smelling samples of finished products
• Carrying out sensory testing procedures, conducting sensory analysis, accurate recording
• Detecting any quality sensory issues to direct the sensory assessment panel.
