L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service (South West London)

We are currently seeking Experienced Social Workers with a passion for or background in working with disabled children and young people to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Join our supportive and friendly team in a developing service area.


Requirements (L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service):

  • Minimum of 3 years' post-Assessed and Supported Year in Employment experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience of working with disabled children and young people.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Responsibilities (Social Care):

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide direct support and intervention to children and families.
  • Monitor and review progress regularly, making adjustments to plans as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
