A truly exciting, Permanent Learning & Development Manager job (L&D Manager). A brand-new opportunity, within an innovative, ambitious, collaborative, luxury retail brand. A field-based role, 2 days a week in stores across the UK and 3 days based from home.

Your new role

A fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager. You will report to the Head of People and bring the Learning & Development function to life:Duties will include:
Developing and executing learning strategies.
Creating career pathways and talent management.
Designing and delivering training programmes, mainly soft skills training, customer experience, leadership and some technical training.
Implementing apprenticeship training.
Scoping design for e-learning solutions.
Assessing development needs and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

This will suit someone who is vibrant and enjoys being creative and innovative in their L&D approach and can bring fun to learning.You must have experience as a Learning & Development Manager / Learning & Development Specialist who has managed the end-end L&D cycle, TNA, designing and delivering soft skills training and evaluating the success of the training.
Experience in retail, hospitality or a similar industry is desirable but not essential. More important, is a passionate, vibrant L&D Manager / specialist.
