Science Teacher - Person Specification:

• Must hold QTS,
• Science related Degree at 1:1 or 2:1,
• Passionate about science and committed to enabling students to achieve their potential in STEM,
• Able to Teach to Good or Outstanding Standard,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Keen to contribute towards the school's thriving Science department.

Science Teacher - Job Description:

• MPS1-UPS3 £36,745-£56,959
• Teach Science to KS4 and KS5,
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons,
• Assess and monitor progress of students,
• Contribute to the school's extracurricular and enrichment programme,
• Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings and CPD training,
• Protected PPA time,
• Bespoke induction for ECTs.
