We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and passionate Nurture Teacher who will work within our nurture-based KS3 class.

The successful applicant will have high ambitions and a positive approach to developing nurture based and personalised curriculum, dependant on the needs of individual learners. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is highly skilled and experienced with a clear understanding of nurturing principles and how they are applied to develop outstanding practices and outcomes with our pupils, parents / carers and other stakeholders.

You will be highly motivated and flexible demonstrating a passion for working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated teacher with a range of skills, drive and passion to make a difference to students who are likely to have experienced little previous success within a school environment. Our students are of mixed ability. We offer a range of functional skills and GCSEs - it is important all our student succeed.

The right candidate will have experience of working with students whose primary needs are SEMH and Autism and be able to demonstrate a working understanding of how these needs impact upon learning and behaviour in the classroom.

We are ever keen to employ candidates who have a range of professional experiences and can offer, not only quality teaching, but something ‘different’.
