We are working with a thriving primary school located in the vibrant community of Bradford, committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for our students. We believe that every child deserves a supportive and caring environment to flourish academically and emotionally. The are actively looking for a HLTA that can support wellbeing an engage students in UKS2.

As HLTA in this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the mental health and well-being of our upper key stage 2 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement well-being programs tailored to the needs of UKS2 students.
  • Provide individual and group support to students facing challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a holistic support network.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values the well-being of all students.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with upper key stage 2 students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
