KS2 Teaching Assistant

Location: Darlaston (WS10)

Start Date: After May Half Term

School Type: Catholic Primary School

Role: Full-Time, Term-Time Only, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic KS2 General Teaching Assistant to join a Catholic primary school located in Darlaston (WS10). This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, starting after May half term.

Role Overview:

  • Position: KS2 General Teaching Assistant
  • Responsibilities: Providing general support across Year 4 to Year 6 classrooms
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only
  • Location: Darlaston (WS10), West Midlands

Requirements:

  • Level 3 child-related UK qualification
  • Previous experience working with KS2 students is essential
  • Proven track record of working within UK primary schools
  • Minimum Maths and English Level 2 qualification
  • Experience with SEN and comfort working with SEND children is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about children's learning
  • Must be able to commute to Darlaston (WS10)
  • Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to apply for one if needed
