Job Title: KS2 Teacher

Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Are you a passionate educator seeking a rewarding opportunity in primary education? If so, Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team on a 6 week basis with the opportunity to continue in the role in September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and encourages academic growth.
  • Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students.
  • Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in primary education, with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
