Role: KS2 Teacher

Salary: £160 to £218 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Academics are currently recruiting for a primary school in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This is on a full time contract to start ASAP and will finish at the end of the Academics year. The school will be recruiting for a full time vacancy from September, therefore this role will be beneficial for someone seeking a perm role in September 2024.

• Promote the general progress and well-being of individual
• Set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Making accurate and productive use of assessment
• Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment

What Academics and the school are seeking:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience as Year 5 Primary Teacher or Upper Key Stage 2
• The ability to inspire and motivate all pupils
• Exceptional classroom management
• Good interpersonal skills the ability to be a positive role model.
• Committed to contributing planning, assessment and report writing.
• The capacity to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the children.
