Salary: £160 to £218 per day

Academics are currently recruiting for a primary school in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This impressive school are constantly seeking and developing ways to ensure their children have the best possible opportunities to be successful. You will be part of a close-knit supportive team whose aim is to help pupils reach their full potential.
This is on a full time contract to start ASAP and will finish at the end of the Academics year. The school will be recruiting for a full time vacancy from September, therefore this role will be beneficial for someone seeking a perm role in September 2024.
In short; you duties and responsibilities:
- You will adhere to all Teacher Standards.
- Promote the general progress and well-being of individual
- Set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Making accurate and productive use of assessment
- Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
What Academics and the school are seeking:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience as Year 5 Primary Teacher or Upper Key Stage 2
- The ability to inspire and motivate all pupils
- Exceptional classroom management
- Good interpersonal skills the ability to be a positive role model.
- Committed to contributing planning, assessment and report writing.
- The capacity to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the children.
