I am working with a fun, welcoming Primary School situated in Swindon who are looking for a positive and engaging Teaching Assistant to work with small groups of students in KS1 classes to support them with their reading and writing.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children in Early Years and or KS1 and be a strong, confident communicator. This is a school that value happiness of the staff and the children. They have worked hard to ensure everyone feels supported and encourage to achieve their potential. This permanent role is 5 days per week working from 8:20-3:30pm, commencing in April.

Although this is a mainstream school, some students have additional needs. The school would like someone who has previous experience working with special needs, but the most important thing is that you are enthusiastic and empathetic individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of young people.
