***Paid to scale: M1 - M6 (£154 - £212 per day)

***QTS (Qualified Teacher Status required) - Open to ECT

• Skilled in precise assessment usage
• Capable of adapting teaching to suit all student strengths and needs
• Possesses excellent subject and curriculum understanding
• Displays a flexible, proactive demeanour
• Maintains effective behaviour management for a respectful learning environment
• Demonstrates outstanding communication
