Kitchen Porter

We are currently looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter to work in Enfield.

The role will mainly consist of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. You will be preparing food with the chef, cleaning all pots, pans and service equipment to the required standard and undertaking other cleaning duties as specified in the cleaning schedule.

Other duties will be requested from your Supervisors and the Catering Management team within the general scope and purpose of your job.

Previous experience working professionally in a kitchen is essential. Food Hygiene certificates are preferred but not essential.

The job is initially temporary and as required, typical shifts are 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday, but some flexibility may be required depending on business requirements. There may be opportunities for a more consistent shift pattern and permanent employment for the right candidate.
