Are you a Kitchen Manager / Supervisor or similar with a background in a mass production environment, looking for the opportunity to progress your career through management training and relevant health, safety and hygiene courses. In a varied role with KPI driven targets that contribute towards a bonus to help boost earnings?

This expanding company are in a period growth, now looking to bring in new faces that will help drive the further growth and development of the company. They supply a range of premium cakes and cupcakes into a loyal customer base that has been developed across the last 20 years, which displays the quality of the products you will help supply.

In this role you will be managing a team of 3-6 people in a busy kitchen Environment in a hands on role, where you will assist with the efficient production of all products that are on the schedule to be made that day. You will also pick up administrative responsibilities around ensuring the deliveries are also on schedule and contain the correct products.

This role will be suited to a Kitchen Manager / Supervisor with a background in a mass production environment, looking for a hands on role with training and development opportunities as well as a KPI driven target structure that contributes towards quarterly bonuses.

The Role:
* Managing a tight knit team
* Help create a productive and efficient work environment
* Assisting with Production processes
* Rotating Early and Late shift pattern, 06:30 - 14:30 or 14:00 - 22:00pm

The Person:
* Kitchen Manager or similar
* Looking for training opportunities
* Commutable to City of London
